The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) recently launched a Curriculum Vitae (CV) web repository and Job Portal to help employers have access to thousands of qualified graduates in need of white collar jobs and help corp members become gainfully employed after their service year.
The NYSC job portal is the official national CV bank and Job Avenue of the National Youth Service Corps , aimed at creating jobs for fresh graduates. It is an opportunity for employers from all industries and regions gain access to a large pool of suitable candidates.
However, this portal will not be beneficial, if the corp members are not armed with the basic information on how to use the Job portal. As a precondition to accessing the portal,interested corp members are expected to complete an online registration for easy access to the portal
How to Register on NYSC Jobs Portal
All corp members and fresh graduates are required to complete an online application form on the NYSC Job Portal by visiting nyscjobs.org or go to the direct registration portal on candidate.nyscjobs.org/account/register to fill the online application form.
Requirements for Registration on the NYSC Job Portal
All corp members and fresh graduates are to complete the online registration form using an active email address and phone number. After completing the first registration, you are to login to your email and click on the verification link sent to your email after which you are to login to the portal to complete your profile.
Profiling on the NYSC Jobs Portal
The NYSC Jobs portal profile page has nine(9) sections namely;

- O-LEVEL DETAILS
- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
- SINGLE PAGE PROFILE
On documents, you are required to upload your documents which includes;
NYSC Discharge Certificate, Birth Certificate, First Degree Certificate, CV, Psense Certificate and any other certificate you have obtained.
How to Find Jobs on the NYSC Jobs Portal
After successful registration and profile completion, the next thing is to look out for available jobs in your field of study. To find jobs available for you, click on the job listing page candidate.nyscjobs.org/ while on the page, you will see different jobs posted by different employers which you can now choose from. You can also narrow down your search by selecting your area of specialization, your choice of industry and location you wish to work and finally click on search button.
